Ordering and delivery information
Ordering
We aim to deliver items within 4 - 6 weeks depending on workload and availability of materials. If you require an item sooner than this please contact us to see if this is possible. We do try to accommodate orders needed urgently but there will be a extra charge for this service.
Please note when ordering that all our designs are made to order so there may be a slight variation to the photograph but this is kept to the very minimum.
Delivery
If you are ordering more than 1 item please contact us for details of reduced prices for postage and packaging.
If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us before you place your order so we can inform you of shipping costs.
Payment in full must be received before your order is processed. You can pay securely via our shopping cart using pay pal or if you prefer you can send a cheque or postal order made payable to Donna Dean to Studio 10, Clevedon Craft Centre, Moor Lane, Clevedon, North Somerset BS21 5HY.
All items will be sent via special delivery and will require a signature on receipt. When we dispatch your order we will contact you so you know that your order is on its way.
